I've just been "enjoing" mine. But it's stainless steel.
Hi all,
My very expensive Sunbeam suddenly stopped working after 1year of purchasing (still looking for warranty paperwork) and seeing 'if' it did get fixed i still needed an iron in the meantime, so i headed to Kmart and bought a Sunbeam steam iron for $25 to tie me off and 2weeks later the soleplate on this iron now has some hardened residue on it and every time i turn the iron on it smells slightly like it's burning
and i'm always one to be careful with my iron in keeping it empty when not in use, clean, etc ...
So can anyone tell me how to remove the baked on residue ??
TIA for any replies !
(i'm so NOT gonna buy a Sunbeam again)
