    Chemical-free stretch-mark cream/lotion/oil

I am keen to find a cream/lotion/oil that I can rub on my growing belly (and thighs haha). I used the Palmers Cocoa Butter stuff for my first pregnancy and have since wised up on the chemical side of things. I know that no cream will prevent stretch marks, but I am keen to give it a shot anyway. More importantly, I want to be armed with some good stuff well before the belly skin-itching starts!! Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Yeah I thought as much I have been using the MSM cream (stealing it from my boy's nappy cabinet!), but was wondering if there was something out there (other than Brilliant MooGoo) that I didn't know about! thanks, Kazbah

Hi there, I have no experience in this but my friend swears by Gaia Belly Butter. She used it all through her pregnancy and only ended up with 2 stretch marks! It is expensive though but really nice!

100% pure virgin organic coconut oil from any health shop & it smells divine! Why do you think they have such gorgeous skin in Fiji
It comes in a jar & is cold pressed, just rub it in your hands, it melts really quickly!

look up something called "The Good Oil". It's fantastic, non greasy and all natural. I use it for everything from stretch marks to psoriasis to ingrown hairs. PM me if you want me to send you a link.

Giai Belly butter is good and under $20 a tube I think

Pure almond oil - get it from the health food shop, it comes in a huge bottle (cause it's used for cooking too) and is really cheap (about $11 I think I paid) and is one of the higgest concentrations of vit E without chemicals etc... I bought a bottle at 8 weeks and haven't even used a tenth of the bottle and I am now 34 weeks, no smell to it and it's not greasy considering it's oil!

Mum to be stretch mark cream, it's organic but a bit more expensive than the other options, you can buy it from tots n tales online baby store.

Burt's bees also have a tummy butter that smells ok, bit funky IMO but it also is on the more expensive side but is organic.

I am using the almond oil to prevent stretchies and Sukin moisturiser to keep my skin hydrated.. so far only have 3 dot stretchies on my hip that look like little bruises, not big purple lines and strechies in my family are usually huge and very obvious!!!

    Good luck sweets!

I use the Gaia Belly Butter. I have zero stretch marks from pregnancy (a few silvery bits left over from puberty - so I am not immune to stretch marks and I really think the Gaia works)
