    Macarons

    Would love to have a go at making some for DD's preschool teachers for Christmas.
    Does anyone have a recipe they've tried and loved?
    There are so many variations I'd like to have a tested one.

    Bakerellas blog has a good recipe on it, havent yet tried it but it looks easy enough, aparantley the secret is "ageing" your egg whites...
