Anyone else celebrate their furbaby's birthday?

Today, our beautiful Lab Zed turns 4 Our friends (the ones without pets) think we are total nut bags for even knowing when his birthday is lol. But we love it! We don't actually celebrate, just get him a new toy or bone or something. For the last hour he has been madly wriggling around on his mat chewing a new bone Love it!

yep I say happy b'day to our dog and give him a bone or a new toy. He usually gets something at christmas too. I love that I know his birthday! When I had horses, I knew one of their b'days but the other one had to be celebrated on the 'official' horse's birthday, I much prefer to know the actual date!

Yeah I do, not a party or anything quite so weird, but I remember when it is and buy her a treat!

Yep I definitely do! I know their birthdays, they are on the calendar as well and on their birthday, they get steak and I put candles in it and they wear a party hat for a photo! Last year they had steak in cup cake patties and this year they got a big slab of steak on a plate!

Of course! My babies reward me in so many ways everyday, I like to show them how much we love them on their special day (and every other day of the year as well )

At Christmas time my doggie gets the most presents out of everyone in the house. She gets presents from Nanna and Aunty. She loves Christmas.

Mine too! My parents don't have any grandkids, so Zed gets all the pressies lol

We don't really but we brought her home on Dec 1st so we remember the day each year and talk about how old she is... and that her birthday is actually mid-Oct and as per usual we missed it

We celebrated our "late" cat's birthday. She was the best cat ever, and our first pet together, She was our "baby" before we had DD. Got her before I got pregnant with DD. Unfortunately the cat was very jealous when DD was born, ran away from home when DD was a few weeks home and then went to cat heaven :-(
