I normally cook pork for 30mins per 500g, plus another 30 minutes. So 1kg will be cooked for an hour and a half.

I would add par boiled potatoes in for the last half 45 minutes, and they will go nice and crispy in the pork fat.

Olive, I usually put it 30 min per 500g plus an extra 30 min. The First 30 min is at 200 then the remainder of time at 180. I usually give my spuds an hour at 180 depending on how big I cut them.

I also pat the crackling dry with paper towel and then rub with vinegar and salt before putting it in the oven.
