yummm just finished like 3 corn cobs so i was wondering how do ppl usually eat them?
Do you, peel each kernel
do you eat them neatly row by row
or do you just chomp anywhere?

lol is it the slurping and sucking of the juices that gets to you? LOL
CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP
It's painful watching my DH eat corn, he cuts it off! There should be a law against it!
With lots of melted butter goodness and chomp, chomp, chomp![]()
yep Mum2OneSweetBun thats noise
toomanyshoes
never heard of anyone doing that before
my friend cuts hers too!!!!!!! but that was because she use to have braces!?
Oh I nibble each row off neatly, and there is hardly anything left on the cob when I'm finished! DH just chomps randomly and there is a lot of waste on his corn cob!!!! (mind you, the ****atiels love his corn cob leftovers!)
For me: knob of butter (real butter, not marg!), a bit of freshly ground salt and a grind of pepper - YUMMMMM!!!!
ETA - my mum does the cut off the kernels too - she has this theory it's more "genteeel" to do so? Hyacinth Bucket rides again!
Remind me to not stand near u wen u eat a corn on cob audax. U mite take one of my eye out with corn juice lol
Very carefully.
Since having my vertical labret, it's been almost impossible to eat 'whole' things....like corn on the cob or whole pieces of fruit.
Oh yum!!! Now I want one!!!
I just chomp into it.....BUT first....I put salt and butter on it....Mmmm!
I used to do the 'ol chomp, chomp, chomp but n ow I can't stand feeling like I need to floss my teeth half way through my meal lol so I know it sounds lame but I cut it off the kernels with my knife and then chomp the last little bit with my teeth cause all the stringy stuff has been cut awayoh and I love loads of butter on it yummmmm
I just chomp at it & it has to have butter & salt on it.
It depends.
I usually just chomp away at random. I always take a bite first to determin if it needs butter, salt & pepper.
Other days I will cut it off the cob... especially if I know it is going to be some time before I can go floss & brush my teeth. I have only been cutting my corn kernals off for the last few years... my DS1 started it.
