    body trim

    has anyone done the body trim program? I have just ordered the free trial off the tv and waiting for it to arrive, would love to hear from anyone that has done it or currently doing it that can give support

    I was just talking about this today with a lady at playgroup, she has lost 15kgs she said its was really good good luck

    My gf is doing it atm. She said the first three days are the hardest, then after that she says it is all down to being organised.

    She did it after the birth of her son b/c she couldn't shift the last 5 kgs and has the same issue after having her DD.
