Instant Coffee - which brand is your fave?

So our coffee machine has not been repaired yet.

While I usually would screw my nose up at instant coffee, I am dying for a caffiene hit and the taste of black coffee, so I am thinking I'll go down the instant path.

BUT, having avoided it all my life, I have no idea which is good.

What's your favourite brand on instant?

I like it strong, but smooth. Not big on bitterness.

    Suggestions?

yep, Maccona. They have different levels of strength, I'm a light & smooth girl but they have super strong (strong to me) just read the label & find the right 1 for you.

I can only stomach those 'coffee sticks' you buy in boxes of 8 or 10, and mix with hot water! My favourite brand is the Nescafe ones, followed by Moccona (they're a bit exxy but the Nescafe Strong Cappuccino & Vanilla Latte ones are well worth it). Good luck huntin'!

International Roast. If you're going down the bad cheap coffee road, you may as well go all the way.

Actually, Blend 43. Reminds me of my dad when I was a kid.

Yep Nescafe Dark Roast anything else is just too weak.

Also hon ifyou dont want it weak only use water to melt the granules and eat the milk up in the microwave for 2 mins and pour in and it tastes much better than water to the top and just a tiny bit of milk.

I can't drink coffee at the moment, but when i am at home i quite like the you love coles brand swiss style, but then, i am happy to drink the cheapo work stuff (pretty sure its the above mentioned mud) so long as it has some milo in it and some sugar and milk Maybe don't go with my suggestion... LOL

We get moccona of it's on special, but tried the Coles fair trade and it's every bit as nice. And yes, always put in milk before water.
