4 yo birthday party

My ds who is also four has been invited to a party at T someones home. Am I expected to stay while the party is in or just drop off? I am not sure what happens at this age. There is no way ds will stay if I leave.

At 4 years of age I would stay and if I had a party I would expect the parents to stay at that age too.

Oh. That makes me feel better as I really didn't want to leave him as I don't k ow the mum that well either.

i'd definately stay if it were my ds, who is also 4, and it also gives you the opportunity to meet some new mums!

Yep, stay - I would - and at DD's 4 year old party all the Mum's stayed too. Nice way to meet other Mum's too. Enjoy xxx
