SPinach is awesome, I have a snowball one too - it has cheese and bacon etc. and is baked for a while in the cob. BBS will see if I can find it!

I've never made a spinach one, but mine is as follows:

    1 tub of Philly cheese
    1 tub of sour cream
1 packet of french onion soup mix

Melt some grated cheese on top, sprinkle with paprika

So bad for you, but so dang tasty

    1 onion diced
    200gms diced bacon
    Tasty Cheese
    I block Phili Cheese
    Mozerella Cheese
    Parmasen Cheese
1 large bottle of thickened cream. (can substitute with milk if you want too)

The other one that I like is

    1 tin creamed corn
    200gms of diced bacon
    2 blocks phili cheese
    1 onion diced.

    Yum Yum Yum!!!

I put just enough of the parmasen cheese is to our tasting. I usually end up using a whole pack of tasty cheese and mozerella cheese

1 packet of spring vegetable soup
    600ml sour cream
couple of spring onions finely chopped
2 rashers of shoulder bacon diced
pinch of chilli powder to your liking

Fry up the diced bacon bits and then put them in a microwave proof bowl along with the other ingredients and zap on high for 2 minutes. Give it a good stir and pour it into a hollowed out cobb loaf. Wrap in 2 layers of alfoil. Pop it in the oven for an hour to an hour and a half at roughly 160 degrees. Yum!

Well my spinach dip is similar to those mentioned above...its always a favourite wherever I go.

    1 box of frozen spinach
1 small tub of sour cream
1 small tub of thickened cream (think these are both about 300mls)
1 packet of french onion soup mix

Prepare the cob and I like to have this already cooking in the oven while i do he next step cause I like the bread really toasty.

Defrost spinach and drain/squeeze all the juice out. Mix all 4 ingredients together in a microwavable bowl. Put in microwave for 3 minutes, then stir- repeat this process 2 more times (so all up its had 9 minutes in the microwave).

Pour into the cob. Sometimes if the bread is not toasty enough I'll put it back into the oven to finish off. Then enjoy!

Yum...might have to make it again next week...its been a while and just thinking about it has of almost drooling...lol!

    Yummy cob loaf dip

    4 short-cut bacon rashers diced
    1 onion diced
    2 cans creamed corn
    250g sour cream
    1 cob loaf
    1 cup grated tasty cheese

Fry up bacon and onion. Mix creamed corn, sour cream and grated cheese. Add in slightly cooled bacon and onion. Pour mix into hollowed out cob loaf, bake in moderate oven for 25 mins. I like to buy one of those back at home turkish breads from Woolies, cut it up and put it in the oven for the last 10 mins or so to toast and then serve up very yummy and popular with everyone!
