    I'm looking for a decent web site to find the meaning of names. Can anyone suggest any?

    I find thinkbabynames pretty good...you can search by meaning too.

    i normally just google baby names, and check out all th hits...or look in books.

    sorry thats not much help. if you find one though let me know, for me the meaning of a name is more important than the name itself.

    I googled baby name meanings...
    You can get sites where they tell you the meaning of a name or you can put in the meaning and they will tell you all the names with that meaning. Can't remember the site but lots do that..
