Don't be so hard on yourself babe, it takes time to go on, it'll take time to come off. DS is 2.5 and DD is 11 months. For the first time in 3 years I'm at my pre kids weight. It has taken me the last 12 weeks to lose most of it through healthy eating (smaller portions, less snacking on rubbish) and exercise almost everyday.

After 3months, my old jeans had just started to fit (tightly).
Another month went by, and they were actually a bit saggy on me!
    So I guess 4months.
I did nothing to encourage weight loss, I think it was just the exclusive breastfeeding, sleep deprivation and pacing the halls every night...
    I also eat quite healthily.
Don't stress, your body will be back in no time!!! I know, it's hard to imagine when you keep seeing a jelly belly and the tinyness of your old clothes, but it really will happen!

Your stomach muscles aren't even back to where they should be yet!
lol I know it can be hard, but seriously, it will happen.
Wait til after 6 weeks before you start getting into much full on exercise, maybe try walking. But simply eating right and some moderate walking - key word there, moderate - will help you on your way.
Your body isn't ready to stop carrying that weight yet - there are actually reasons you put on fat stores during pregnancy - so relax and start with the basics - healthy eating.

Don't stress hun! Your little girl isn't even a month old yet!
FWIW I still have about 10kg to go before I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight, but it's only in the last month or so that I've really concentrated on eating properly and doing a bit more exercise than just walking once a day.
It will happen, for now just enjoy your baby girl

    well im not sure lol!!

ive lost abit of weight i guess but not much..
im 5ft8 and im 75 kg which isnt too bad according to the dr apparently thats a healthy weight for my height but i differ..
i was 70 kg when i fell pregnant and was happy with that i was in size 12 clothes and could fit 10 but often in 10 they were to short.
ive lost bout 4-5 kilos since having her so its not to bad...
lol i was the same at your stage.. its hard isnt it?
i told dh im sick of the wieght and really i am... i just hate feeling like i am stuck in another body itms?

I so know what you mean!!! This is not my body! Lol.

I was saying to dh today that pre-preg I was devestated at 63kgs and thought I was soo fat and now I am 68kgs and would be stoked to be at 63!! Can't win! But it definitely gives me an appreciation for my body prior to pregnancy and I think I will be a lot happier with being around 60kgs than I ever have been...

Your weight is great!! But as much as anyone tells you that, you hve to feel comfy in yourself!

It takes time just don't stress, start by eating healthily then introduce taking bubs for walks in the pram.

I put on 10kgs during the pregnancy and lost 12kgs in 2 weeks of having bubs but that's only because I had a bad birth and got very sick and was in hospital for a week.

Although I've lost the numbers my body still isn't what it was before so 6 weeks on I'm going to start gentle exercise and start trying to tone up now.

    Patience is the key!

Oh believe me, that iks my biggest lesson in life PATIENCE lol!! i learn that every day, im very impulsive lol..

Well im not really whinging anymore ive gone from 75 kg since i posted this post and im now 68 kg YEYYY ME LOL
Ask me how? I have NO FREAKIN IDEA..
Being my last baby, and after 3 boys i always thought and seen so many ladies who have girls after numerous babies, keep the weight and struggle for a long time, but i guess for 4 kids and being 26 something has worked in my favor? maybe its the age lol..
I dont know but im happy... i just let nature take its course and im slowly getting what i want..
So now instead of trying to pull my pants on im trying to keep them up not such a bad feeling since thats what i wanted..
