Hmmm, I love banana. Put in 1 whole banana, a few tablespoons of vanilla yoghurt, some low-fat milk, teaspoon of honey and away you go. Plain, simple and delicious!!

: Forgot something! Doh!
banana smoothies are always a winner I put in what pacRakMG suggested and I also like to mix it up with fresh LSA cinnamon, nutmeg and whatever greens I have in the fridge such as sprouts or mungbeans, it really adds a freshness to it. If you don't have fresh LSA you could use flaxseed oil and then throw in any nuts you have too. Variations to banana are ANY fruit you have, mixed berries, fruit salad smoothies are the BEST and it's always a great rule of thumb to use frozen fruit as it will make the smoothie thicker. If you don't have fruit that you have frozen you can add a couple of blocks of ice and it kinda does the same thing. OH and I also add natural flavor whey powder to mine for a protein hit and it will also thicken it up If you are sick of fruit smoothies you can use the whey powder, nat youg, honey and put in some coco powder for a chocolate one.
Mango smoothiefor one person)
1 ripe mango (the riper the better)
A couple scoops of vanilla ice cream
Handful ice cubes
Splash of tropical juice
Sugar syrup to taste (I usually get about half a tablespoon of caster sugar and dissolve it in a little bit of boiling water)
Blend and yummo!!!! This is also m fav ****tail recipe, just add vodka or Bacardi. Lol
And with the banana smoothie I do a banana, milk, honey, malt and ice cream (not yogurt... I hate the yogurt taste)
Leafy Greens (asian green, spinach, romaine lettuce, whatever)
Cucumber
Broccoli
2 x small Apple
Banana
Water (or juice if you like)
Lots of Ice
Blend and serve.
It's my breakfast every morning....BUT you need really good quality produce. I've tipped it three mornings in a row becuase we went to a 'new' place and not our usual grocer...and the quality of their greens is total rubbish. Blech.
