Corned beef gone brown instead of pink!

HELP! My corned beef that I always cook has turned brown in the slow cooker instead of staying pink...is it still ok to eat?

It should be fine. Are you sure it is corned silverside and not roasting beef? If you slice it, it is probably still pink inside it.

    Maybe it's overcooked.

Nah it went brown within the first hour, its really strange. The only thing I can think of is I didn't put any vinegar in it this time because I ran out but I'm 99% sure I've left it before with no worries...I give up lol
