    Angry Mice invasion!!

    Hello.
So atleast twice a year my home gets invaded by mice!! I dont know what it is. My house is generally clean and we dont have much clutter *shuts door of clutter room* BUT we still get mice!! They seem to come at the beginning of summer and winter. And right now, I am battling with them and I am sick and tired of it!!! Its not like they are finding any food to eat because most of my things are in containers and the stuff that isnt, show no signs of a mouse trying to get in to it.
So WHY do they keep coming and is there anything I can do to stop this trend?!! I am getting sick and tired of cleaning my cupboards and everything that is in it....

Where are they coming in from? We had huge gaps under the eaves they were coming into the roof space from. Fixed them and laid poison and so far so good. Do you have anything up against the house on the outside they can hide in?

ETA: I think they only need a gap a couple of cm's in measurement to get in,

Go and get RAT bates. The ones where you just open the small packets and place the packet around the house. If you just get the mice bates or traps that will just kill them. The rat bates are designed to make them flee looking for water. We had mice in 2 previous rental properties, used the rat bates and they never came back.

Buy a Cat or even two, one for indoor and one for outdoor.

if your dogs will allow it, go down to your local animal shelter and get a couple of cats. they are the best at keeping mice away! my cat caught one just yesterday
