This is from the woolies Christmas magazine and it's soooo delicious.
Choc Fruit Mince Slice
Prep 5 minutes/Cook 35 minutes/Makes 20 pieces
470g Greens Traditional Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup Coconut
150g Butter, melted
410g jar Robertsons Fruit Mince
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
Grease and line a 22 x 31cm lamington pan.
Empty cake mix into a bowl and stir in coconut.
Add melted butter and mix together well.
Press firmly into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
2. Spread fruit mince over base and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool.
3. Meanwhile, prepare icing as per packet instructions.
When slice is cold, spread with icing.
Cut into squares or fingers to serve.
