    Cherry Ripe Balls

My cousins recipe! Kind of an alternative for Rum balls

    5 normal size cherry ripes
    1 packet of Nice biscuits
    2 tbs of cocoa
    1 can of condensed milk
    coconut

Place biscuits, cherry ripes, and cocoa in a food processor and blend. Add can of condensed milk. Roll into balls and coat with coconut.

DELICIOUS! I'm sorry, but yes.. your bum will double in size. You will not be able to stop. Num num num num num

I make these for my friends kids and Jack oh and myself

    Xmas Choc Balls (non-alcoholic)

    • 2 packs choc ripple bickies
    • 2 cherry ripes (55grm)
    • 2 peppermint crisp bars (55grm)
    • tin condensed milk
    • coconut

Process biscuits to fine crumbs (I did one pack fine fine and second pack left a little bit chunkier)

Mix bickie, condensed milk and choc bars together.

Roll into balls and then into coconut, I reckon you could roll in choc flakes, 100'/1000's for something different.

or leave plain. Refrigerate till set
