NO Junk food for 30 days!!!
Last weekend was great, BUT I ate far to um naughtily. I have felt like crap for days now..blerggggg
Was wondering if others would take on a 30 no junk food challenge.
This would mean NO
- Fast food what so ever (fish and chips, KFC, subway even)
- potatoe chips
- lollies
Id like to share the difference it will make to my life, health and mental state.
So who's in?

I will but after christmas and new years...cant deny all those yummy naughty foods that come out at christmas
Good luck hun it is hard...I try but always cave when it comes to maccas ice cream lol

I too would be in after 1 Jan... I'd just be setting myself up for failure if I tried before then!

I'm going no junk food and no alcohol
does this also mean i cant have cakes, slices etc.. my step MIL is here and she cooks these a few times a week. Would they be classed as junk food??
Just asking so we are clear about it. And ill make sure she doesnt make anything TOO yummy LOL

Not drinking is easy for me. I don't drink.
Could it be based on the amount of sugar per serve? Or Kj or Cals per serve? Anything over the agreed value is out? Or nothing artificial?
