A little milestone for us....

After weeks of what seems like tourture trying to get DD to sleep without feeding her to sleep...normaly im in there for hours and she ends up in tears or angry at me, and daddy doesnt get a look in either. Well, tonight she said very happily after the bath ''how about we swap tonight mummy, daddy can give me milky juice and tell me stories'' !!!! i offered her boobie but she was already at the fridge getting the milk out!!

So without making a fuss we made her milk in a cup and DH is in there reading to her. i couldnt belive it!!! i hope this means we are getting somewhere and maybe she is going to get the hang of going to sleep without being fed to sleep.... will really make things easier for when baby arrives and takes the presure off me a bit!
