No Oven - EASY X-Mas Treats

Our oven is dead but i feel like there is no X-Mas spirit when i haven't 'baked' something.. can someone throw me some easy preferably child friendly recipes my way.

DD2 has dairy allergies but i don't like my chances of a no bake dairy free recipe (although i can substitue for dairy free choc)... so anything will do.

I don't have any at hand, but there are no-bake slices out there, peanut brittle type recipes too, also rum balls and all variations (obviously not for DD)...

    Rum balls without the rum

    Can of condensed milk
    Two tablespoons of cocoa
    12 crushed weetbix

    Coconut to finish

Mix all together in the bowl EXCEPT coconut. Roll into balls, coat with coconut, put in fridge to set

Enjoy getting into the Christmas spirit

Last year I made red and green jelly in wine glassses, top with frozen grapes that have been dusted with icing sugar. Looked rather decorative
