    the new me has started!

So I've decided it's time to take action with my weight/fitness levels. I'm 20kg over what I want to weigh. I know I can get down to my ideal weight this year. So, yesterday I started 'the new me'. I've gotten rid of all the crap in our kitchen so I'm not tempted. There's no longer any softdrink or wine in my diet. No more lollies. And today I bought a new pair of sandshoes to go walking/running.
So it's beginning Wish me luck!

Good luck. I have started again too, it's a tough road but I'm determined also.

Thanks so much girls Well it's been about a week now and I've lost 2kg and I'm feeling totally awesome already! I'm walking almost everyday. I even did a 5km walk along the esplanade a couple of nights ago with a friend. I didn't think I could do it, but I did! I was so proud of myself
