Rash on boobs & very sore nipples :( Help please!

Ive had a rash over my bobs for the last 3-4 days & it itches like crazy!! Ive been really good & not scratching, but its getting to the point of being painful

Also I'll just be sitting here doing nothing in particular and my nipples perk & harden which i think due to the rash is getting really painful. It started out on my nipples and has spread over the rest of my boobs, nowhere else & now is looking blistery.

The chemist reccomended Polaramine, but it doesnt seem to be working. Ive put savlon & talc powder on as well but that isnt really taking the itch out of it either. Im not wearing a bra at home coz the itching drives me crazy too.

Help!! What can I do now?? Ive run out of ideas

is it heat rash? ezema (sp?) ? allergies?
