Question How many PP Cloth pads?

So obviously everyone is different, but just wondering how many cloth PP pads you used after your vaginal birth?

I hardly bled at all with DD, and I wasn't using cloth.

Not sure where we will end up birth wise, but want to have enough cloth with me where ever I am.

So far I have 4 Twinkle Lily ones, any other recommendations?

(MODs - couldn't find a Cloth Pad section, sure there is one, but no idea where, so posted here. Please move if nec!)

    TIA

Gee, I'd have no idea. Unless you have someone to wash and dry them every day for you, 4 probably wont be enough. I'd prefer to be prepared JIC I did end up bleeding heavier or couldn't wash often enough. With mine, I always bled really heavy for the first day and would have gone through 4 pads pretty quickly. I reckon 8-10 would be a minimum.

I have 10 ultra-thin style cloth nighttime pads - the long ones - and I am still on the lookout for some even heavier flow ones. If you have a vaginal birth I assume you'll bleed more after than with a C-sect?

Oh, I'm interested in this too! Need a few as I only have two heavy flow ones. Thinking will need at least 10.

im using disposable ones for the first week post birth, i bleed really heavily the first week, not uncommon for me to go through a pack of mat pads a day, but then i can go to normal ones after that initial week.
really interested to see how cloth pads go, last time i bled for 9 weeks on and off and ended up with the worst reaction down stairs from the cloth pads, have stocked up on cloth ones this time around, cant wait to use them actually!
