cleaning advice

I have been using monk n bear AI2 bamboo nappies and find them fantastic. Lately they have been not washing up well and have lots of orange stains on them and sometimes get a slight smell about them. I also find these ones are more stiff than the others which are nice and soft. I usually wash on warm cycle with very small amount of detergent and hang them out in the sun but stains still on them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Have you tried disposable liners? well worth it to keep nappies clean. You could try a napisan paste on the stain

I use microfleece liners which are great, but the stains are completely imbedded all over the insert so not sure how napisan paste would work.
