    Ab Circle Pro anyone?

Wondering if anyone has one, if so is it easy to use, does it give the results they say it will?

I am normally very sceptical about these TV machines, but am honestly tempted by this one. I would imagine it would give good results if you use it enough and in conjunction with a good diet. Might watch for one on ebay once my gym membership runs out.

So Shell, did you have to go on a strict diet at the same time? And does it do anything for your thighs?

They say to get the results in 2 weeks you need to be on the diet they say which im sure is true..

I didn't even look at the booklet that has the book recommendations it it lol, i just got on the horse and started swinging LOL It was so weird at first i felt so silly , but after a week of doing it from 10 -30 mins a day (sometimes i would break it up and do 15 mins here 15 there or just the 10-15 a day) i noticed i could feel my ab muscles underneath, yeah i still had the outa jelly belly but could feel it working, with every week i did it i toned up more, untill now i have the awesome toned tummy where u can see the lines on either side iykwim? Iv been doing it for prob 2-3 months i guess maybe less or more not sure, missing a day here and there and no not following any eating plan i mean i try and eat healthy and i do but i also eat junk

I also work out my arms on it which they say u can do in the dvd, my arms are very toned and i can feel the muscle coming up underneath whoch iv never been able to get only the upper arm itms.
You can also do your butt and legs etc but iv only done it a few times coz i had bad pelvis probs do i have to be careful , and take that slowly.

I never buy those things but DF got it for me as i had mentioned it a few times and i love it , i watch TV as i do it ..Its so easy to do, yeah u look silly but ill look silly anyday for a tonned belly !

Thanks for your post Shel! Does it hurt your knees? What's the padding like? I have bad knees and couldn't think of anything worse than kneeling on the for a workout but I do like the sounds of the results from what you've said.

Sorry guys i didnt see the replys ..

I didnt have a great deal to lose, just baby belly , in regards to the knees yes it did hurt at first, the way its designed it doesnt work the way it shows on the tv without it being uncomfortable so what you do it turn the little knee parts around so then you sit in comfortable you dont slip or anything, you can also add in wash clothes ect to the knee area if you need extra comfort, so if you have knee probs i dont know jhow it will be for you ifkwim, i didnt hurt me , after i turned the things around mote comfortable but the way they say to it it i found uncomfortable ....
