Really tired - any idea why?

I am really over the top tired lately. I nap as often as possible and it is getting me down. I don't recall feeling this tired through any of my other pregnancies. My DH has been home for the past 2 weeks from work and my older kids have been helping out, so it isn't the usual 35 weeks and run off my feet type tiredness.

My haemoglobin levels came back fine. I drink loads of water and I eat fairly well; I don't drink tea or coffee.

Do you think I could be lacking in something and that could be making me feel more tired than usual? It is really getting me down and making me feel like I am not going to be able to cope when this baby does arrive.

Lisa have you had your thyroid checked?
I had tiredness like that all through DS preg but it wasn't until I got sicker at 30weeks that they picked it up. Once they were corrected I felt much better.

    Hi here,

Are you still taking your pre natal vitamins? Some brands are alot better then others but one of the main vitamins that can result in fatigue is B vitamins. So up in you B vitamins or change your vitamin v=brand to one that contains a large amount of the water soluable B vitamins, that and liquid iron.
