what makeup do you use everyday ?

I usually don't wear ANY base , except a little concealer for a pimple , I just wear mascara and sometimes ( when I have a moment to find one ) lipgloss...

now that I'm pregnant my face is a little weird, lol little breakouts, and I look a little redder , if I have a spot, it's bright red....hmmm

Do you use powder, mousse, liquid foundation, those stick things, or what? Everyday?
I definitely want something light on my skin, I hate the feeling of wearing a mask.

also do you think there is much of a difference between brown and black mascara?

I was thinking I might buy a brown one ? Any use brown ???

I wear id bare minerals foundation and YSL mascara. That's it!!

The mineral foundation is gorgeous and really light. I wear it 5 days out of 7 and have had the pot for almost 2 years, it lasts ages and you don't need to use a lot to get good coverage.

I wear black mascara, always have. Never deviate from that. I have really long eyelashes so black looks good!

I dont wear makeup everyday (too lazy!) but when I do, I use powder mineral makeup. I find it is good to my skin, and I also really like the fact that you can apply as little or as much as you like to get the coverage you desire. So if you are having a good skin day, just apply a little, or if not, apply more for a fuller coverage. I also always make sure I use a primer before I put on any foundation. That way the foundation sits on top of the primer, instead of my skin, and it goes on more even, and lasts longer. I use the Napolean Perdis Primer. The foundation I use is Avon.

As for mascara, I always use black. I just think it is more definitive than brown, especially as I have brown eyes. I think it depends what look you are going for, and the colour of your eyes.

I'm old school... i use clinque superbalanced liquid foundation with the transparent loose powder over the top (to get rid of the shine), or the face powder for that real fancy made up look iykwim (usually if I know photos are going to be involved LOL). It's light and goes well with combination skin (the foundation with transparent powder, that is). You can layer it for heavy or light wear (the foundation). When i was working FT i wore it every day but now only when I go out somewhere. I have tried minerals and I don't think they're the same... they don't have the same wear and the ones i did try made me feel greasey.
Everything else (mascara, eye liner etc) I just use el-cheapo something or rather from woolies. I don't think the quality of that matters, but you do need a good quality "canvas" to apply it too

And yes, I use brown eye liner. I love it much more than black, it isn't as harsh. I still go with the black eyelashes tho

I wear mineral makeup too and doubt I'll ever go back to liquid foundation, it's so good!! I actually bought a full kit after two trials at one of those stands in a shopping mall. It Bella Pierre and yes, it was pricey but it looks great, is easy to use and feels so light to wear.

I always use black mascara. I tried brown once and it did nothing IMO. Clear mascara worked just as well.

If I'm spending the day at home I don't wear makeup though, just moisturiser. I like to give my skin a break a couple of times a week.

mineral foundation is great if you want something that feels light! ( i have revlon colour stay mineral foundation)

I use clinique liquid foundation (not everyday)

I always use black mascara!

I've always used Clinique super balanced liquid foundation but am currently trying out one from the body shop. Both have been pretty good.

I always use black mascara either nutrimetics, maybelline or body shop. The tips of my lashes are blonde so I need mascara to give them length.

I wear makeup when I'm going out, just foundation, mascara and bit of eyeshadow when I'm going somewhere casual like the shops, playgroup, etc. I add eyeliner, darker eyeshadow if I'm going to a party, movies, dinner (which doesn't happen very often with 2 kids lol).

Lipgloss...don't have any at the moment. Usually I get a good one from clinique but tend not to wear them as it just ends up over the kids faces

I use Clinique mineral powder foundation. I use brown eye liner and black mascara. What colour eyes do you have? If you have dark coloured eyes, then use black eyeliner & mascara. If you have green or blue, use brown eyeliner and either brown mascara or black mascara.

I use a mineral powder, I think it's called nude and that seems to be really good!

I use it probably 4 or 5 days out of 7.

Thanks for all your replies ladies, I have blue eyes but dark brown hair, so I tend to go with brown eyeliner for something different but haven't use brown mascara before, I love black but ATM my black seems to be a little clunky, time for a new one.

I think mineral powder sounds like the perfect choice for me, will check out some different brands when I get a chance
