Looking for my motivation ... if you find it, please return it to me!

I lost 10kg in the three months before Xmas - thanks Weight Watchers! Was really motivated to lose the 10-12kg that I wanted to ... and I got there by doing tons of walking, eating the right sort of foods, portion controlling and tracking what I ate.

Then came December. My birthday, DS1's first birthday, 3 x xmas parties, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve. See where I'm going with this?

I decided early in Dec to "take a break'. I was having trouble getting my head around the new ProPoints system at WW - not that it's hard, just a completely different way of counting and tracking points - and thought a break might do me well in "cutting the ties" of the old Points system.

My return weigh-in is tomorrow morning. I estimate I've put on about 2kg. So ... I want to lose 2-4kg. But my motivation has gone AWOL.

Maybe I packed it away with the last of the chrissie decs? I think it's because I'm basically back to my pre-baby weight and my care factor isn't what it was back at the start of September. Trouble is, I feel a little blah - the tummy is looking a bit podgy and I'm noticing the lack of regular exercise. I know how to feel good - the message just needs to compute from my brain to my lazy backside.

And inspiring words would be welcome. Plllleeeeeeeeeeeaaase!

I know what you mean, I was hitting up the gym every week day untill the week before christmas... Now once a week. Its all about routine and no excuses! Do you have a friend you can walk with? Someone who will drag you out of the house no matter what?
Any bit of excersize is better than nothing, you can do it!!! Now all the parties and silly season is over we *should* have no excuses

Ha ha ladies ... sounds like our motivations are all sitting at the pub getting pickled together.
