    Any yoga teachers out there?

I would love to chat to anyone who is a yoga teacher, and experienced in planning for and running classes. Especially kids classes. I'm going to be leading yoga sessions regularly (hopefully daily) with the kids at work, obviously short ones at first with other activites, leading up to longer sessions, and even though I did my course I just wanted some input in my plan and ideas.

    Thank you and Namaste!

Just wanted to update. I do 20-30 minutes of yoga with the 3.5-5yo group every day before lunch and so far it is going really really well. A fun session with music followed by a short breathing relaxation. They are slowly learning to relax LOL! Have had some fantastic feedback from parents.

Would still love some ideas though, especially resources recommendations.

I'm not a yoga teacher but I wanted to say what a fantastic idea I think that is.

Oh I have been looking to find something to do with my DD. I'd love to hear more about what you do with the kids.
