Ear discharge?

I notice my ds has dried stuff around his ear this morning and more coming from his ear. I pulled the bit stick out and it was a bit moist still. It's pale yellowish white in colour, a bit snot like. He doesnt seem to be in any discomfort or anything and it seems to have stopped now. Should I see a dr?

sounds like pus...DD2 had it recently when she had a burst eardrum. its actually better pain wise if the drum ruptures because it eliminates the pain, though id go to the dr as he will probably need ab's and or ear drops
