filo pastry

I have about half a box to use up i made DH and the kids brocolli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in filo for dinner and now all the pastry is defrosted and I dont know what to do with it .... any suggestions?

Got some apple? Stew it up, wrap in filo and make strudels. Or any tinned fruit really
