k well my dd is now a wonderful 2 months old yeyyyy lol
and im still carrying around weight and so sick of it i wanna wear all my clothes again not just some of them..
im wondering if anyone knows of a metabolism booster??
and im starting kickboxing in a week and abit and wondering if this is a good source for weight loss?
i am active all day due to house work and kids but it doesnt seem enough..
i eat but not much as i am not a big eater and eat when im hungry not when i should..
any of suggestions?? they are definently welcome
well i havent weighed myself yet but im guessing im weighing about 78-80 kg and im normally around 65 so id love to get back to that.. give or take

honestly yep, that is realistic - its at the upper limit of realistic though .
i believe if you knuckle down and do what is required (exercise and eat well) you can do it.
I found exercising after the last meal of the day really helped, as well as tracking my calories on calorie king. I cannot speak highly enough of that website, yes its time consuming recording every little thing I've eaten in a day - but gosh it was an eye opener to me (a qualified PT / fitness leader) - so I advocate it to anyone and everyone that'll listen!
I believe if you have the right motivation you CAN and WILL do it.

I did the 12wbt and lost like.. not much.. just because I couldn't be bothered sticking to it! I just eat 3 small meals a day, no excersize because I cannot be stuffed.. and I breastfeed(I think that helps the most!)
I put on 30kg while pregnant and am now 5kg off my pre baby weight. What your planning sounds like it'll work a charm!

ive booked in for 2 group sessions of kick boxing and 2 private sessions each week..
i have cut down on portion sizes and tried to remember to eat so that way i have something to burn instead of just wearing myself out and then remembering i hadnt eaten..
im determined as i can be and sick of waiting for my SiL's to pull their finger out.. ( meant to go together)

how much are you trying to lose?
I'm carrying baby number 3 - so will be 'back to it' afterwards, at least I now have learn't how my body responds to exercise / certain calorie intakes so I can just go straight to what works for me this time around! That is the key, working out how your body responds - once you nail that your on your way big time!

lol this is my 4th and my only girl..
all my boys it would go back by itself after maybe 5 weeks but this one wow it wants to stay lol..
oh congrats i never realised!! how long you have left? or estimated time lol?
