What foods to make his poo less runny

My DS has had very runny poo for about one week now. He is not sick at all and his sleeping is good (by his standards). I can see a white spot on one of his eye teeth but it has been like that for weeks now with no cut through.

I'm looking to see if it's diet related. DS could survive on fruit and yoghurt if I let him however he will eat or try most of what he's offered.

Any ideas on what food I can increase that will help his poos get a bit firmer. I don't want to make him constipated or backed up but just less runny.

    Thoughts?

    Um, lentils?
Bananas always worked for us, too

Lentils had the opposite effect on my kids.

    Bananas, rice, weetbix?

Bananas... and try to cut back on other fruits and dairy (hmm not so easy with the fruit and yog addiction)

Eggs work for my DD, they are apparently a "binding food" according to my mum
