Watching the Biggest Loser tonight when they raced 5km against a rally car and it made me really want to cement in my next big goal for post baby fitness. I have a few things in mind but these are my big ones.
1. 16km cross-trail King of the Mountain run - so exactly like what the Biggest Losers did running through the bush.
2. 42.2km Marathon - but do it somewhere like Tassie or Melbourne and make a holiday / adventure of it.
I tried running today but my tummy went into a minor spasm and some sort of weird stitch thing started happening. Spewing. But I know that I can do it and can't wait to get started again...
