I have been meaning to post this ages ago but keep forgetting.
Now more importantly....
I look at your ticker and it inspires me so so much.
Is there any way that you can share with me/us/BB what you have been doing to get there? I know I read you did weightwatchers but what exactly do I need to do to get the next 25kg off? LOL! I am serious though, if you have some good tips or something that might be helpful I would love to know.
Also wondering if you have ever been as small as what you are now (well before you were UTD) or if you reached new goals?
I am aiming for a 60kg which I dont ever remember being. Even at high school I cant remember being under 70kg. The smallest I have been in the last 15years is 68kg.
Sorry for all the questions. You just amaze me and I hope I can reach my goals like you have. I am almost positive that I am not the only one who thinks this as well. xo
