    Thumbs down ABC3

Do any of your older kids watch it?
I've decided mine aren't allowed. Its waaaay to old! Even for DD1 who's almost 9!

That 'Total Drama Island' is a cartoon. Based on the reality show (whatever its called).
Anyway, yesterday one of the girls walked out of the bedroom in a baby doll neglige (sp?) No kidding, in a cartoon they made it see through so you could see her undies!!

Today one walked out in undies & a t shirt & all I've seen them do is get excited about boys/girls, flirting & dates!

Another one, also a cartoon, had a pair kissing AND SHOWED TONGUE!!

I gotta work out the parental lock out thing on this TV!

I've seen that show.. SHOCKING, it's almost like it's meant to be a show for adults - def not on a kids channel.

No I stopped my 7 year old watching it because there were too many preteen/teen shows on it - unfortunately if he wants to watch TV abc2 is almost the limit or our collection of movies which at least give him something older to watch but at least I know what he and in turn the younger ones are seeing and am not going to turn round and get any surprises.

DS watches it in the very early morning, and then we switch over to ABC1 (and 2) around 8am.

Eldest DD watches it but she's in the target demographic. Moans and carries on when youngest DD is in the room and turns it over. Must admit we are scorpion island and Danni's house fans here

Yep, same here. My DS1 loves the Pranksters show on in the afternoon.

Most of the shows I've seen on there are alright, just those 2 don't sit right with me.

I've found it on when I get up in the mornings, after DP has left. Not sure if DP is leaving it on for DS, or is DS is switching the channel. I always switch it to 2, cos I find all of it a bit old, and he thinks he likes the science show, but he always walks off when it's on, so the TV gets turned off at that point.
I'm really disappointed in a lot of the material on 3. I don't think I like any of it, from what I've seen. I've only willingly let him watch Dragon Booster on it (and only cos the library had it and I borrowed it once - he loves it, much to my chagrin).
Thankfully, right now he's watching The Silver Brumby. It's a nice day, but it's hot and I'm feeling a bit wiped, so today is a quiet day, I decided!
    Questionable, definitely questionable.

Well, ladies, it's our public broadcaster so if you don't like what you see, you are well entitled to make your opinions known in writing!
