I have seen this doco and it is not at all balanced! They've very deliberately interviewed people with letters after their names for the pro side and only interviewed parents for the con side. Any professionals like doctors, scientists, and peer-reviewed studies that could be used for the con side (Bernadine Healy, is one example: Member of the Institute of Medicine, Former head of the Red Cross and former head of the National Institutes of Health - former now because she dared to question the current vaccination schedule) have been censored by omitting them from entering into the debate. It is very cleverly presented bias that has been done to make the anti-vax's look like a bunch of irrational quacks that are basing their decisions solely on emotion, which isn't the case.
Unfortunately, the mentality is that one should never even question "should we vaccinate", "or do they even work"? Even Linus Pauling is now considered a quack because he dared to question vaccination's validity. Who is he, other than the father of molecular biology and father of modern chemistry - a two time Nobel laureate, but he took on the con vaccination debate and now apparently he's an idiot too. Even when those who have credentials weigh in they get attacked as something being wrong with those credentials, or wrong with them individually (Linus must have gone senile...). How can there be a balanced debate when one side is being censored? This debate has been going on for years and will continue to for many more I am sure, until both sides drop the propaganda (admittedly the conspiracy theories of some anti-vax's don't help the debate) and full disclosure given and proper investigation is made, like even ONE (just one) study that compared disease/syndrome rates between unvaccinated kids and vaccinated ones. At the moment all studies only ever compare vaccinated kids against each other.
Edit: Lol, opening scene, a c-section and a baby covered in thick vernix, says it all really. I forgot just how biased this doco is. *sigh*
