Cool My dream was a warning!

    Not for anything bad though.

Had a dream early Saturday morning that the real estate agent came by unexpectantly and wanted to show people through - of course the place was a total pigsty like it normally is... lol

So yesterday I got up and told DH that I was sick of us moaning and groaning and being negative about the house not selling and no action from our real estate agent, so I was going to start cleaning up like it was having an inspection, and keep it that way to let the universe know that I was serious about selling it.

So I vac'd and mopped the floors, vac'd all the bedrooms, cleaned up the laundry, did all the washing, tidied up the garage, cleaned the main toilet.. and then I was pooped!! I did smaller jobs, but of course, didn't clean our bathroom or the main bathroom and none of the beds were made.

Then yesterday arvo, I heard some voices in the yard next door - unit that is on the market, and I could tell it was a real estate agent showing people through. I started biatching to DH about our pathetic real estate agent (through the same agency mind you) because she NEVER contacts us, and obviously there are people out there looking to buy, she just never does any work to find them or push our unit out there to get their attention!! So we biatched for a little bit - and then - a knock at our door!!!

It was the male real estate agent, with the people who are "wanting and ready to buy" and wanted to have a look at OUR unit because he had already sold the two units next door last week.

I was like - OMG - my dream warned me of this - and THANK GOD I cleaned up a bit.. LOL

So apparently they like the view out the back door (which we did too when we moved here) and now we just have to wait and see what is going to happen.

So thank you universe for sending me a message through my dream to pull my finger out, clean up - and not give up hope.

    Haha!! never

Although I went online last night to check out the rentals around town, and found the MOST perfect house right near the hospital - 4 bedrooms too!!! DH's work is moving to up near the hospital and we were talking about how awful it will be to get a park up there (cos you never can at the hospital at the best of times!) and its right near the birth centre, so I would be able to have my home birth if we lived there!!! Ahhhh to dream, to dream.

I guess if you were into The Secret you could say that YOU warned the universe

So glad you had people looking at your place- hopefully the other recent sales around you creates a sense of value and urgency for yours

So you're not moving back to QLD if you sell? I thought that was the plan?

    Awesome dream though

Keep believing it's gonna happen, and it will.

Is un-defer even a word? ROFL!!!! And no, he can't - but thats ok, I can survive another year down here (thanks to my gorgeous BB girls!) and its easier when it comes to DS and his schooling if we do stay here another year.

Thanks guys. I sent the real estate agent a text but he didn't get back to me, so he must like - not work on Sundays.

I could have said defer deferring... but that just sounded even more ridiculous! lol

Actually, now I think about it, it makes more sense.
