    Anyone have a SlapChop?

    Hi all,

I was most excited to receive my SlapChop in the mail last week. However, was quite disappointed when I used it for the first time today I was chopping onions, mushrooms and pumpkin. It worked fine on the onions...but the mushrooms and pumpkin kept getting stuck in between the blades.

Has anyone else had this problem? I really thought it would save me time, but in the end I chopped things manually because it was too much of a hassle having to 'unclog' the blades each time.

yep I have one and HATE it! It was given as a present so I feel compelled to keep it around, but it is the most useless kitchen appliance ever! I still want to know how they get it to work during the filming of the ad, because I cant get it to chop even the simplest of veg.

    Yep, definitely crapola.
I got mine as a bonus when I bought the just-as-crapola Wow Containers.

I think it is a form of hypnotism. It always gets us when we're sleep deprived and it sucks us in to thinking it is what we need to solve all our problems! Lmao!! That's what I thought when I ordered the Wow Containers. I was Convinced I could throw out all my old containers and just have these gorgeously piled containers sitting there taking up next to no space. Hmmmmm. Shame they broke & leaked the first time they were used.

I've been hypnotised by the lock & lock too. I wanted them years ago. I wish I had spent the money and got those rather than the Wow containers.

The Wen sucked! And I sent it back the next day. Firstly the peppermint scent just about made my eyes water and you had to use heaps and it made my hair feel no different, possibly worse AND the ingredients were practically no different to those on pantene conditioner - when it claims not to have any of the harsh chemicals in it.....
