Yeah, I'll join you. Have been starting to do some exercise and healthier eating but need to be more accountable.

So, what did you do to lose the 18kg and what are you going to be doing this time around?

Awesome effort! Maybe we should join in one of the other threads.... off to find what is going on around the diet & exercise ones.

I'm not sure I can watch the biggest loser (it's on at Mummy peak hour in this house), but I'll join your thread! I'm starting afresh today to lose 7kg which crept on over Christmas. I have a badly sore knee which limits my exercise at the moment (waiting for surgery) so need to be extra motivated to get off my butt!

omg i cold believe that people actually ate like that, think it was put on abit.

but what shocked d me more was the way her (tiffny) tummy looked so bloated.

I noticed the other biggest loser thread...it was started after i posted this thread but it was probably put into the correct area unlike mine so it has had a heap more replies...silly me that will teach!!!

Tish, sorry to hear about your sore knees i hope your surgery goes well and your knees are back to normal soon. Take care.

M22, i tennd to agree i think they purposely had soooooo much food there last night. I felt so sorry for the trainers, like you said Tiffany's tummy was so bloated afterwards - i dont know how anyone could eat so much food in one day and think it was normal. How was that pasta Sara-Jane made , i was almost heaving just watching her trying to eat that MASSIVE big bowl of the stuff - gross!!!!

I've managed two good days in a row so far, but having major sugar withdrawals I can feel it LOL I'm craving sweet food something shocking, but trying to beat the cravings into submission with fruit! Walked a little today, will try for something more substantial tomorrow.

    How are you guys going?

Oh, and I'm resisting the temptation to weigh myself daily, which I'm proud of. Obsessed much?
