    Vomiting but hungry WWYD?

Hi, DS woke up this morning grumpy LOL. I thought he felt a smidge warm and have been wondering if he is getting his 2yr molars for a few days now. So i gave him his milk and some panandol. About 20 mins aftre that, while he was eating sultanas, he projectile barfed everywhere. He didnt seem to worrled and kept eating. (there was heaps of it and it was everywhere gross) So I put him in the car to go to grandmas as he seemed otherwise fine.he then barfed all the sultanas up . So home we came and into our bed with a dvd he went.
Anyhoo, he has just come out to me looking for food, so I gave him a banana(which he ate), then he wanted 1/2 my vegemite toast(which I gave him) and now he had just demolished 1/2 a vegemite sandwich.

And now he is back on my bed (oh god pls dont spew all over that too)

What am I gunna do if he keeps chucking and still wants to eat?

Hun not sure why he is chucking the food up, but keep an eye on his fluid levels as he'll need to be hydrated well, and keep an eye on his temp too. It could be his teeth, a little bug, the weather if it's hot and sticky. He seems happy enough and is eating more, but if this keeps on going take him to the docs just in case. Remember plenty of fluids and big cuddles for your DS, poor chicken

Thanks Beata, he is currently sitting in our bed eating dry sultana bran. So he cant be feeling too poorly. Apart from the chucking, he seems fine, but yes, I will keep a close eye on him.
