    We have an offer

    Our apartment has been on the market for 5 months now and we finally have a contract. I am cautiously optimistic (as we have already had one contract fall through)

    We were on the market for $343k and are under contract for $338k. Not too bad. Now we can finally look at upgrading to a big home and preparing for the hopeful (fingers crossed) family we want to have one day
