    Need some movitiation

    So i lasted 8 days without chocolate and now it seems im back at square one.....altho i have cut back on my soft drink in take.....only 3 cans of sprite instead of 5-6 a day....

    I also took up a coahcing job for a girls netball.....am i doing right? im lost

    It's a great start. You may find as you become more active, you will want to eat healthier snacks as your body will start to crave it.
    Nothing wrong with the odd piece of chocolate to kill a craving.
    Perhaps with the soft drink, stop keeping it in the house? If you don't have it in the house then you will need to drink more water or perhaps have an apple or grapes for the sweeter craving?
    It's tough going at the start, keep it up.

    I've found I do better if I don't cut things out completely, buy a good block of chocolate and have 1 square every now and then to keep to cravings at bay

    I've really been struggling with losing weight as well, sounds like you're doing fantastic!!!

    Can you maybe replace one of the sprites with sparkling water with a squeeze of lemon or lime?

    From today I'm also going back to the old ww style of 'tracking' and writing down everything I put in my mouth. Going to do this for a week then see where my main trouble areas are with food.
