Did anyone jog while they were pregnant??? I am nearly 20 weeks and run about 3klm every second day, I still feel ok running and it's in a tready so if iever feel sick I can just stop but when do u think I should stop??? Or will my body let me know itself??

Sounds like youre pretty fit! Well done. If its something you have been doing for a while then your body is used to it. Just listen to your body and it will tell you when to stop!

Good on you! I stopped when I was 22 weeks because my body told me too...but I have friends who jogged until they gave birth =)

Do it as long as you feel good doing it, and if you're used to it... as soon as your body shows signs of fatigue during or afterwards, I'd stop x

I was a huge runner before getting my BFP but once I got to about 16 weeks I couldn't do it anymore. Im guessing that was my body saying enough, maybe yours will too? Just make sure your heart rate doesn't go above 130bpm and you're not pushing yourself too hard. But cause your body is used to it, it should be fine for a bit longer..

I jogged up until I just couldn't keep my heart rate low enough for it to be safe (some say 130 but I was told 140pbm so that's what I stuck to) If I was on the tread mill I would do intervals so I would jog for a bit then as soon as my heart rate got to 140 I would walk for a couple of minutes to bring it down again and so on : )
