Question 30 weeks- aching lower belly

Hey girls, im almost 31 weeks (sunday) and just over the last few days ive noticed that my lower belly (the underside of my bump) is really achey- more so at the end of the day and in evenings... I have been doing lots of sight seeing around melbourne and walking around the city etc... could it just be the combination of the weight of my bump and the extra physical activity or do i have cause for concern? is there anything else it could be??

DH and I havent done our antinatal classes yet so i dont know what pre term labour is meant to feel like (haha)...

tell me its normal?? and is a heat pack ok to put on it ??

I would say that it sounds normal. Bellies do start to weigh a bit and if you've been walking a lot and standing a lot it can get pretty tender and ache. Pre term labour is more like a period feeling ache and not a muscle/tired/sore feeling ache... well in my experience anyway.

Sounds normal to me too. By 30 weeks bub and placenta etc are getting pretty heavy so it is only natural that your belly gets tired holding at all up. I am only 23 weeks and my whole body is aching by the end of the day.
