    Work from home schemes?

Are they schemes? Does anyone actually do this?

I am interested, not in a get rich way, but a make a little spending money and fill some time.

I am so sceptical about it all and DH just says I need to take the chance, but when you have to pay up before you get any details I don't like it. I have rang a few places asking for contacts (email) of people I could get reccomendations from, but how do I know if I can trust these people and that they are not just all part of the scam too.

Wow, I am really talking myself out of it now.

So any advice, stories of failure or success, help would be appreciated.

    TIA

Subbing. I've been wondering the same thing myself.

I'm not sure what they're like for everyone, but I had a friend who signed up for one of those schemes and had to do some typing (not sure what exactly), but the pay was so small that she never even made back what she paid to join up.
