Sheesh, we have hit the screeching stage!!!

I know it comes, and I know it will pass, but heavens above... bleeding ears much????

Crossing fingers this phase moves on quickly and is replaced by a bit more babble and a lot more settled sleeping

Um, my almost three year old seems to delight in enticing DS2 to screech and scream. They often have matches in who is the loudest. I'm sure it's all a ploy to drive their mum insane!
Hopefully your 3yo doesn't wisen up to it

hahaha I used to laugh when ds did this in the shops.. All the little old ladies used to whip around so fast to find out where the horrible noise was coming from lol

Bella is 2.5 and she is still screeching like the monkey off Toy Story 3 and I'm at my wits end with it. If I ignore it she gets louder, if I give her a quick tap on the bum she screams 10 times louder. I have to really restrain myself from going off at all the people that give me withering stares and shake their heads cause there's nothing I can do about it... I hope it stops soon because I have literally had a headache for the last few weeks.
