Bacon, Cheese, mushroom, mash potato pie type dish :)

I have decided tonight, I am going to make up my own pie recipe and throw some mashed potato, bacon cheese mushrooms and create layers then bake it in the oven.

Thinking about it now makes me wanna lick my lips!

Any other idea's on what I should throw in?

mmmm when i got in the kitchen i decided on bacon cheese and mash OMG it looks so nice!

I just used puff pastry - lined my dish and heated the pastry for around 10 mins. Took out the dish, layered with cheese and bacon then placed the mash on top i ran out of cheese (BOO!!) so looks like parmesan will go on top of the mash.

have just thrown the complete dish in for around ***ETA 30 mins on 100degree fan forced oven AND it was DELISH!

Oh yummo - I cant wait for dinner now!
