Can you have whooping cough booster whilst pregnant?

You are only able to get the booster once bubs is born. I got mine when DS was two days old at the hospital, DH had to get his at the local GP as he was not a 'paient'. DH can get it while you are pg. My IL's also had the booster while getting other vac for OS holiday

As the others said, they will give it to you after baby is born. In the meanwhile, though, get a prescription for from your OB/GP, buy it closer to the time and take it with you to the hospital for them to administer (they didn't have it on hand for me, so best to get in independently). It needs to be refrigerated btw.

Is it safe having the booster after baby is born, even for breastfeeding mum's? It may be a silly question but had to ask....
