Just made chicken breasts, dipped in panko breadcrumbs. they were really nice. i also did tempura vegies. added a splash of soya sauce on both, tasted japanesey. wish i had the japanese mayo...

I reckon great alternative to chicken schnitzels with normal breadcrumbs.
